# Use Clear Background Mode

This mode is perfect for images with a solid or simple background. Use it to isolate the product or model from the background, making it easier to replace or edit the scene while keeping the focus on your subject.

After [uploading your photo](/creating-photoshoots/uploading-the-initial-image.md), to proceed with **"**Clear Background**"** mode, choose the **"**Clear Background**"** option and click the **"Next Step"** button.

This will automatically clear the background and take you to the Background Swap page, where you can adjust the product's position and size in the frame and create a new scene.
