Commercial Use & Licensing

To use hippist AI-generated images for commercial purposes, you must subscribe to an appropriate paid plan. We define commercial use as utilizing images in monetized projects, including but not limited to:

• E-commerce websites and online marketplaces

• Social media campaigns, advertisements, and promotional content

• Print or digital media

• Physical products, branding, or packaging

Under a paid plan, you own all assets you create using the services, and hippist AI assigns you all rights, title, and interest in such assets for both personal and commercial use.

Ownership & User Responsibilities

While you hold the rights to the assets you generate, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of hippist AI’s services complies with all applicable laws, copyrights, and third-party rights. You must ensure that:

• Any uploaded content (such as reference images, logos, or prompts) does not infringe on existing copyrights or trademarks.

• You have the necessary rights, clearances, or permissions for any content incorporated into the generated images.

hippist AI does not monitor individual asset usage and is not liable for any claims arising from unauthorized or improper use of generated content.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use hippist AI-generated images to:

• Misrepresent identities, including impersonating real individuals or public figures.

• Create misleading, harmful, or unlawful content, including false endorsements, deceptive advertising, or defamatory materials.

• Violate intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, trademarks, or branding.

• Develop competing AI models or services using hippist AI-generated assets.

hippist AI reserves the right to revoke commercial licenses and restrict access if assets are used in violation of these terms.
