You have options for your photo source:
Use a photo from previous photoshoots
Upload a photo of yourself (or another model) wearing the product
When selecting or uploading a photo, ensure:
The product is clearly visible without any accessories or hair obscuring it.
The photo is well-lit for optimal quality.
Don’t worry if parts of the model or yourself are visible that you’d prefer to adjust. With hippist AI, you’ll have the flexibility to change or customize any areas as needed.
Technical Requirements: Ensure that the photo's longest side does not exceed 2048 pixels, and the file format must be JPEG or PNG.

A cropped necklace on someone:
AI can't accurately recreate the missing parts of your product. Ensure the necklace is fully visible and not cropped in the uploaded photos.
A sweater on a white background:
It’s important to upload photos of products worn on a human model. This helps AI represent the product’s size and fit accurately. Avoid flat lay or cut-out images.
A necklace on a white background:
Necklaces should be worn on a real person for accurate results. Avoid using standalone product images on plain backgrounds.
A product on a white background:
It’s important to upload photos of products worn on a human model. This helps AI represent the product’s size and fit accurately. Avoid flat lay or cut-out images.
Earrings on a white background:
Earrings should be shown on a real model for accurate representation. Avoid using standalone product photos on plain backgrounds.
Sunglasses on a white background:
Sunglasses should be shown on a model’s face. AI cannot fully replicate fit or style from plain product photos.
Accessory on a white background:
Accessories should be displayed on a model—whether in hair, hands, or clothing. This provides the AI with essential context for realistic visuals.
A blurry photo:
The product or photo should not be blurred. Ensure the photo is clear and focused on the product. AI cannot clarify blurry images.
Cropped fingers in a photo:
Cropped fingers may not be accurately completed by AI. Upload full images to avoid issues.
A dark photo:
Avoid photos taken in darkness, dim light, or with shadows. Use well-lit photos to achieve the best results.
A photo with a mixed background:
Use plain and simple backgrounds. This helps AI interpret the image correctly and maintain focus on the product.
A product touching clothing:
Model or color changes cannot be applied where the product contacts clothing. Ensure the area around the product remains unchanged.
A distant photo:
Photos taken from far away may not produce accurate results. Upload close-up images for better outcomes.
A necklace touching clothing:
The product should not touch the clothing. When brushing near the necklace, changes in clothing may damage or distort the product’s appearance.
A person wearing glasses:
If the glasses on the model are not intended to appear in the final photo, please ensure the uploaded image is taken without glasses.
Clear and Bright Lighting: Ensure the product is well-lit in a bright environment. Avoid shadows on the product and do not shoot in dim, yellowish indoor lighting.
Plain Background: Use a simple, solid-colored background for the product photo.
Full Product Visibility: The product should be fully visible on the model; AI will not complete any missing parts.
Close-Up Shots: Take close-up shots to capture facial details clearly, ensuring the model's face appears well-defined.
No Accessories Covering Face: Avoid hats or sunglasses on the model. Eyes should be clearly visible.
No Overlapping Elements: Ensure that hair, clothing, or other accessories do not overlap or cover any part of the product.
Skin Tone Consistency for Jewelry: For jewelry, select a model with a skin tone that closely matches the desired output. For example, avoid using a model with light skin if the AI output is meant to showcase the product on a darker-skinned model.
Earring Position: Decide on the angle for earrings in advance (profile or frontal view) as AI will replicate the given angle.
Color Matching for Bags: When taking photos with bags, the model's clothing near the bag should match the intended output colors. For example, if the bag is against dark pants, avoid choosing a very light-colored bottom for the AI output.
Rings and Hands: For rings, ensure the model's fingers are close together, and the hand is fully visible within the frame without being cropped.
